    Take this with an antioxidant!

    I recommend taking this with an antioxidant supplement too (I take DailyNutra's antioxidant as well) so that you're giving your cells the best possible nutrition and health benefits. I take mine with food to prevent stomach upsetl

    Works better than other brands I've tried!

    I've tried other brands of Reishi supplements before, but this one absolutely works better than all of them. It makes me feel better overall and I feel like it help supports my body's natural immune levels.

    I'd always heard about reishi mushrooms for health but never spores! I don't know if it's overkill to take this and a reishi mushroom supplement, but I could use all the immune help I can get, so why not try it? The product arrived quickly and was packaged well. It's easy to take!
