    How do I create a customer account?
    You can create a customer account when you checkout. There will be an option to save your information during checkout which create an account for you. You can also setup an account before you complete any purchases by Creating an Account here. You can setup your billing and shipping information ahead of time, as well as save your carts with a customer account.

    How do I log in to my customer account?
    There is a link in the top right of our shop that goes to our shop login page.

    How do I reset my password?
    Click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the Customer Login page.


    How do I get free shipping?
    If your order totals $35 or more, you will receive free shipping. Note that the speed of the free shipping will vary depending on your location.

    Do you offer expedited shipping?
    Depending on your location, we do offer 2-day and 3-day shipping options. Use our Shipping Calculator on the Shopping Cart page to show shipping options.

    Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
    Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but we're sorry we can't offer free shipping to those locations.

    Do you ship Internationally?
    We're sorry, but at this time we don't offer international shipping. We hope to soon be able to offer international shipping.

    How can I check the shipping status of my product?
    Shipping tracking details will be emailed to you after the order has shipped.

    How do I manage my subscriptions?

    You will first need to setup a customer account. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Subscriptions by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.

    Alternatively, you can access your Subscriptions using a direct link. This link is normally sent in your Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email.


    DailyNutra wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and that is why we offer a 60-day money back guarantee from the date you ordered your products. We’d love to know why you didn’t like it, but only if you want to share. We just ask you to return the unused portion of the product or the empty bottle.

    Read the details of how it works:
    Your satisfaction is our priority. In the event that you want a refund for any reason, please follow these Company Refund Procedures and we will happily and promptly refund your purchase price. We have tried to keep this straightforward and fair for all.

    1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a refund. We will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and the return shipping address for the product.
    2. Return the unused portion of your product (even if that’s just an empty bottle), the invoice that came with your product (if you don’t have that please indicate the date you purchased your product so we can attempt to look it up) and your RMA#.
    3. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the return postage. It is recommended to use a trackable shipment method to expedite the process and avoid delays.
    4. In order for the refund to be valid, we must receive your RMA request within 60 days from the date you originally purchased the item, and the bottle needs to be returned to DailyNutra within 30 days of the issue of the RMA.
    5. Your original purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees) are fully refundable.
    6. Returning the product without complying with the Company Refund Procedures will result in loss of refund.
    7. Approximate processing times are one week to receive and process your returned bottle(s), and possibly another 10-14 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for a bank (debit card) or credit card company to refund to your card or bank account (debit card). Although we expect the process to go much quicker.
