Objective: This study examines the role of KM-66 Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) in supporting immune health by modulating key immune markers and reducing inflammation.
Context: KM-66 is a standardized full-spectrum root extract of Ashwagandha, widely recognized for its adaptogenic and immunomodulatory properties. Rooted in Ayurvedic traditions, Ashwagandha has been used to strengthen resilience against physical and mental stressors, including those affecting the immune system. This research evaluates the efficacy of KM-66 in enhancing immunity through its effects on cytokine regulation, natural killer (NK) cell activity, and oxidative stress reduction.
Methods Used
